Michael Moore wants to hear from you
Ivan Reitman: The Man behind Ghostbusters
Enjoy a 10 minute interview with the man behind some of the funniest movies of our times.
CBC: Canadian Ivan Reitman is the legendary Hollywood producer/director. He's created some of the funniest films ever and worked with some of the best talent: John Belushi, Bill Murray, Andrea Martin, Gilda Radner., Will Ferrell, Harold Ramis, Vince Vaughn, not to mention Arnold and Danny DeVito. Along with a bunch of Canadians: John Candy, Rick Moranis, Dan Akroyd, Eugene Levy, and Dave Thomas. He's one of Canada's gifts to comedy in America... Best known for Animal House, Old School, Ghostbusters, and most recently the Trailer Park Boys movie. He's here being inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame.
Filmmaker Michael Moore compares U.S. and Canadian health care
Note: As someone with a long term disability I can attest that, although not perfect, the opposing view to Moore's positive stance on Canada's public healthcare system is over exaggerated.
Plus even with it's faults it's still light years ahead of the US private system.
Note that the piece is from Canada's national public broadcaster The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). The Yahoo News source is just because the CBC licenses it's news content to them for their Canadian content. The AOL serach video box is just to embed the video on this site. (and remember to look for Moore's new film "Sicko" coming soon to a theatre near you).

Don't know who Stella is? Read the review of the Stella Season One (the only season since Comedy Central cancelled it) at The Onion A/V Club here. (FYI: The Onion gives it an A- noting that "considering the crap that stays on the air, getting cancelled almost qualifies as a badge of honor.")

Three Stooges: Beer and Pretzels (1933)
AOL: In one of the first on-screen appearances by Larry Fine, Moe Howard and Curley Howard (The Three Stooges), this 1933 short begins with vaudeville star Ted Healy and his stooges being fired from a theater as vaudeville actors trying to get a break. They soon find work as waiters at an upscale nightclub and chaos ensues. Look for lots of the famous slaps-and-pokes. Bonnie Bonnell also appears in this short.
Ralph Nader: An Unreasonable Man
Amazon.com: We have an interview with legendary consumer advocate Ralph Nader about the DVD, An Unreasonable Man. We also spoke with travel expert Pauline Frommer. Last, we have the band the Silversun Pickups.
