Homicide: The Subway with Vincent D'Onofrio

Homicide: Life on the Street was a 90's police drama from the team who later went on to create HBO's OZ. It's widely regarded as one of the best series ever to air on TV - broadcast or otherwise. The fact that the series won three Peabody Awards for best drama during it's run says it all.

As an aside the series featured in the cast the great comedian Richard Belzer - but this isn't a Belzer ep.

This is a remarkable episode where Andre Braugher's character Detective Frank Pembleton gets to speak with a murder victim while he's about to die.

Vincent D'Onofrio is one of the greatest actors around and this is a bevy of a performace that shows how wonderful he can be.

View the entire episode below in embedded video. I've added all tracks as a playlist so they'll play one after the other as a complete episode.
