Plus, to be honest, I'm not sure how the MP4 file could not be encoded correctly since, from what I understand, Google Video (in this case) encodes the MP4 file itself - so if the MP4 file doesn't meet the usual standards that'd be the fault of Google not who uploaded the video.
But, to be honest, I can't believe that Google would be encoding all the MP4 files they offer on Google Video incorrectly just because Google doesn't usually make mistakes generally.
Roger that. In any event, in the mp4 version of this particular file the audio is about 5 seconds out of sync with the video, just a heads up for downloaders who find that distracting.
You need to learn how to encode an mp4 correctly.
