Missy Chase Lapine, the author behind "The Sneaky Chef: Simple Strategies for Hiding Healthy Foods in Kids Favorite Meals", is suing Jerry Seinfeld for comments he made on The Late Show with David Letterman about her regarding Lapine's claims that Seinfeld's wife, Jessica Seinfeld, plagiarized her work in Seinfeld's cookbook "Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food".
